Why An Egyptian Mau?

The only naturally spotted domesticated cat adopt their human companions as if they were FAMILY. Maus love to play and are very affectionate to their owners and will demand attention- They love to lay across your shoulders or in your lap.

The Egyptian Mau breed dates back 4,000 years to Ancient Egypt- But have only been in the U.S. since 1956. They were brought to this country by a Russian Princess-Nathalie Troubetskoy- who started the Fatima Cattery- all Egyptian Maus can be traced back to her original cats.
